We’ve made two key appointments to further strengthen our team based at our headquarters in Chester.
Sophie Hughes (27 pictured far left) has joined as Business Support Administrator. Reporting to Rachel Hough, Head of Operations, Sophie is responsible for CRM management, booking interviews, liaising with clients and candidates plus delivering general administrative support to the rest of the team.
Originally from Cheshire, Sophie now lives in North Wales and has previously held several customer service roles including Visitor Centre Assistant at the Civil Service and Receptionist at the Riverside Innovation Centre, University of Chester. She graduated from the University of Chester in November 2016 with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.
Matthew Fern (33) has joined as Talent Resourcer and ClarityHR Guru. He also reports to Rachel Hough and is responsible for supporting the search for suitable candidates for recruitment assignments. Matthew is also accountable for all aspects of marketing, sales and support of the company’s HR technology platform – ClairtyHR.
Originally from Torbay, Devon, Matthew now lives in Chester. He is a qualified NLP Practitioner and previously held the post of HR & Management Capability Trainer at a large telecoms provider.
Interestingly, both are avid gin lovers and enjoy nothing more than attending festivals and events showcasing the juniper-based spirit!
Commenting on the appointments, Kirsty Craig said: “Both are hugely valuable additions to an experienced team and join at an exciting time for the company. With demand for our recruitment, HR and training services at an all-time high, the additional support from Sophie has been invaluable in continuing to offer the best possible service to our clients. And Matt, with his understanding of technology and the HR process, is proving that he has a fantastic aptitude for supporting our ClarityHR clients and driving new business development.”
