A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, Talent Executive or Human Resources Officer to join a small but growing Human Resource team in a brand new role
You will relish the challenge and variety of contributing to the growth of the business, working with Managers to provide the full remit of recruitment support, ensuring consistency of process and delivery of best practice.
Working attractive office hours of 9am-5pm, there is an extensive benefit package available (including Yoga classes!) and a £3600 per year car allowance for the weekly travel  required to support interviews happening at other sites within the UK.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the role of the Recruitment Officer is to…

  • Understand the hiring needs of the organisation and contribute to strategy and Talent Management planning
  • Identify, establish and maintain candidate attraction and resourcing strategies to ensure a constant flow of talent into the business
  • Communicate and promote the brand and organisational culture
  • Support stakeholders by creating job descriptions, adverts, and skills testing
  • Facilitate the screening and selection of candidates
  • Lead interviews and guide managers to comply with legislation and best practice during these
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Maintain up to date records and administration to enable accurate analysis

 

The ideal Recruitment Officer will demonstrate...

  • Holding one or more of the following qualifications; CIPD, Cert RP, Cert IHR or Dip RM
  • Breadth and depth of knowledge across the recruitment cycle, including relevant employment law
  • A proven ability to be effective within a corporate environment, having the skills to support, challenge, question and coach when required
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to drive multiple projects forward in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Being an enthusiastic, credible and positive team player, who contributes ideas
  • Experience of the technical sector is helpful but not essential
  • Experience within a regulated sector, ideally
  • Being a car owner/driver
