Job Description

An experienced, digitally skilled marketing manager who has a genuine interest in diversity and inclusion, is required by our client – specialists in creative communications solutions for the corporate market and absolute champions of D & I and gender equality.  The business is at a significant point in its growth which could see international client wins, double the turnover.  This role is integral to the achievement of this objective through the delivery of well executed strategies

As Marketing Manager, you will actively create, develop and manage processes, systems, ideas and initiatives in driving promotional activities that support business development/client retention with D&I at the heart of all that you do.

Your key responsibilities as Manager will be…

  • Managing and delivering strategic campaigns spanning across multiple touch points (website, print, email, social media, PR, case studies, PPC etc.) with a particular emphasis on diversity and inclusion

  • To provide comprehensive support across the marketing mix, developing initiatives and customer leads by supporting the achievement of new business targets

  • Overseeing the departmental budget

  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns

  • Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results

  • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches

  • Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of your objectives

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website

  • To measure the effectiveness of all such activities on an ongoing basis

The successful candidate …

  • Must have a genuine interest in diversity and inclusion and make this central to marketing activity

  • Is experienced in managing PPC, SEO and affiliate programmes.

  • Has strong analytical and project management skills and is financially astute regarding budgeting

  • Will have first class knowledge of marketing techniques and channels; PR techniques; commercial awareness; CRM and CMS systems

  • Will be an above average communicator in relation to sales, presentation, management and leadership
