- Using LifO® as part of the recruitment process at the shortlist stage is an excellent way to help you identify candidates' behavioural traits in relation to the role to be appointed.
- Our qualified assessor provides direct feedback to both you and the individual, helping to identify the values that drive an individual’s behaviour, as well as the values of an organization, and gives pointers to how the two can align.
The Lifo® survey can be delivered online or as pen and paper exercise and is supported by a wide range of resources including workbooks and training materials to enhance personal and team development.
